Weekly meditation and well-being classes

Join with people who want to practice meditation on a regular basis in a supportive environment.  Our bodies and brains learn through regular practice. These weekly classes are led by meditation teacher, Sally Richmond, and include a guided meditation practices, simple well-being techniques and connection with others.  

Suitable for beginners and all levels.

Classes are one hour in length. $15 per class, $10 concession rate. In 2025, weekly classes are held every Monday in Elwood

2.00pm - 3:00 pm.
